Your rehab plan, on your phone

A one-page explanation your clinic can send you.

Your physiotherapist’s clinic uses Kaido to run your rehab plan between appointments. This page says what that means for you, plainly.

What the app is

  • Your plan for the week — the exercises, how many, and the next threshold you are working toward — on your own phone (iOS today).
  • You log what you actually did, in a few taps: done, skipped, how it felt. If something hurts, you grade the pain and the plan holds the load rather than pushing through it.
  • If an exercise isn’t working — too painful, no equipment — you can swap it for an approved alternative, with the reason attached.
  • A flare-up between sessions can be flagged straight to your clinician, so it surfaces before your next appointment instead of at it.

Who decides

Your physiotherapist. Kaido proposes and monitors; it never clears you or changes your plan on its own. Every change to your programme is signed off by your clinician, and the record shows who approved what, when.

Your data

  • The account is for the invited patient only — it exists because your clinic sent you a single-use invite link. You choose your own email and password when you claim it, the link can’t be reused once claimed, and nobody can sign up onto a clinic’s list uninvited.
  • What you log stays in the UK (London), and none of it is sent to third-party AI models.
  • You can ask your clinic for a copy of your data, or for it to be erased, at any time — both are built in, not a special request.

The longer version is the privacy policy; questions your clinic can’t answer reach us at hello@kaidohealth.co.

Evidence, not the calendar.
